• Customers are requested to ensure that shipping addresses and contact details entered at checkout are accurate.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of handmade artwork, stationery, prints, and creative products, all sales are final.
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Additionally:

• Custom orders, personalised items, commissioned work, and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after an order has been placed.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact me at thedoodlebeedesigns@gmail.com within a reasonable time after receiving your package, along with your order number and clear photographs, so the issue can be reviewed.
