Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of handmade artwork, stationery, prints, and creative products, all sales are final.
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Additionally:

Custom orders, personalised items, commissioned work, and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact me at thedoodlebeedesigns@gmail.com within a reasonable time after receiving your package, along with your order number and clear photographs, so the issue can be reviewed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
